I've spent over 30 years bodybuilding training, dieting and taking supplements and now I want to share my knowledge with you. I tried tons of supplements over the year, some really worked and some just plain worthless. Let's face it, the most important parts of building quality muscle and improving the way your body looks and works are your efforts in the gym and your diet and nutrition. Sports supplements are just that SUPPLEMENTS! Once your diet and training are solid then the right supplement plan can play a very important role in achieving your goals. So, they simply can't be overlooked. You owe it to yourself to make the most informed decision possible.

You don't want to put stuff into your body that could possibly hurt your efforts in the gym. And you sure don't want to waste hard earned money on bodybuilding supplements that don't work.
